How SnapPay works:
SnapPay works directly against J.D. Edwards (JDE) Sales Order Management
Order Activity Rules. First, additional order activity rules need to be created
to support automated credit card transactions. At a minimum, additional rules /
order status codes need to reflect:
- Credit Card Authorization
- Authorization Approval
- Authorization Denial
|
|
- Credit Card Delay Capture
- Delay Capture Approval
- Delay Capture Denial
|
SnapPay only works against orders with “Credit Card”
as the payment terms. These orders are automatically routed to the activity rule
involving “Authorization.” SnapPay works in the background
constantly looking for orders that reach “Authorization” status and
automates the authorization process. SnapPay works in the same
manner with the “Delayed Capture” process. SnapPay
accurately and seamlessly works against J.D. Edwards (JDE) tax and shipping logic.
SnapPay Benefits:
SnapPay is ideally suited for companies needing credit card authorization
and Delay Capture involved with “card not present” transactions. Typical
scenarios involve customer service representatives creating J.D. Edwards (JDE) sales
orders through phone or fax and web site sales.
- Decreases or eliminates manual processing for accurately recorded credit card transaction
processing
- Minimal changes to existing processes (only J.D. Edwards (JDE) Order Activity Rules)
- Minimal hardware and software requirements
- Secure transaction processing and data retention
- Significantly improved order Pick, Pack and Ship time frame
- Provides a high ROI from process improvements within a relatively short time frame
- Improve customer satisfaction with earlier deliveries
