J.D. Edwards Vendor Self Service - Collaborative Purchase Order Solution
CDI’s “SnapVSS” is a J.D. Edwards ERP Vendor
Self Service integrated solution for a vendor self service through which vendors
can inquire a Purchase Order. SnapVSS vendor portal self serviceortal
for J.D. Edwards (JDE) World and EnterpiseOne (E1) includes multiple automatic email
alerts, they are:

1. Immediately upon PO generation an automated new PO email(s) notification is sent
to the vendor. The email contains any level of PO header and/or line item detail
that you decide. The email also notes the PO acknowledgment date with instructions
to login (hyper-link to URL) and either inquire or acknowledge the PO.

2. The vendor enters their user ID and password at the SnapVSS vendor portal web
page. Their login is associated to your JDE ERP address book ID for that vendor.
They are now working real-time (e.g., status) directly against the JDE ERP PO details.
All PO’s for that vendor are shown. They can filter to view specific PO’s by:

3. In the vendor portal the vendor can:
