CDI's mission is to focus on mid-sized organizations

at affordable rates. Today, CDI is 170 consultants

In the mid 80's, as a member of the Accenture
(formerly Anderson Consulting) team, Dr. Jain realized
that there was a tremendous gap in the Information
Technology industry.
Most "Big 4" (big six at the time)
firms offered high quality services to large organizations,
at premium rates; However, none of these firms
gave enough attention to small and mid-sized companies.
Furthermore, most firms that were servicing this sector
were small and inexperienced.
