Visualization &
Prototyping: In this phase customer business knowledge is captured and translated
into a prototype. The objective is to collect technical requirements, system features,
and draft a sample user interface to capture more knowledge about the project.

Implementation and
Testing: Based on familiarity of the system's business logic developed in
the Prototyping phase, the system is designed, developed and tested. A team of developers,
lead by a project manager, is allocated to complete project deliverables. |

Deployment:
In this phase the project is rolled out for production. Testers and beta users start
testing and using the system. Documentation, test scripts, and project knowledge
transfer is delivered at the end of this phase. |
